The hottest new Web portal for Real Estate in the region, Hudson Valley Real Estate Network (www.hudsonvalleyrealestatenetwork.com) has announced that they've just completed expansion of their service to five counties, now including Dutchess, Ulster, Putnam, Orange, and Westchester counties in the Hudson Valley region.
If you live in the area and haven't yet heard about www.hudsonvalleyrealestatenetwork.com, it is a unique new Web concept that offers both free and premium Real Estate listings, a free directory for any kind of service or Web site listing, national and regional news, user blogs, free membership and user networking, and much more, all with a Hudson Valley focus and flavor. While the recenlty launched site is just in its Beta phase, its features, functions, and style already rival or are superior to those of such national "mega" sites as Realtor.com or Active Rain which are devoted to a single purpose. For example, the listings on Realtor.com are limited to those placed by Realtors through their MLS, while both Realtors and property owners can place listings on Hudson Valley Real Estate Network.
The high-tech listing features include Google mapping, expanding thumbnail photos, listing slideshows, embedded video tours, SMS messaging, free Google base submission, listing hotlinks to bestplaces.com and greatschools.com, and many more features. RSS feeds provide instant updates of New and Open House listings, while the VIP buyers registry allows you to anonymously post your property wanted requirements and receive email inquiries. What's more, if you're a buyer just shopping around, as a registered member you can search listings and save you favorites in a private account area that you can return to for viewing later. |
